Nara - Humble

The renovated interior is quite appealing. Our waitresses were a bit unobtrusive and appeared to be new. The new menus, which include some pictures, are a nice touch. The food is average Thai cuisine compared to the restaurant across the street. However, they can certainly make it spicy if you enjoy the heat.

I ordered through DoorDash, and my meal was inedible! The noodles were overly sweet and mushy, while the wings were dry and hard. I called to ask if they could replace my food, but the manager said I could only contact DoorDash for a refund. If I didn’t have a twin baby in the hospital, I wouldn’t have been so frustrated. It’s not just the mistake that bothered me, but the manager's complete lack of apology or concern for food quality. I can accept an error, but the poor customer service is unacceptable! I ended up spending $55 on garbage.

I believe this is the best Thai restaurant around. We drive 20 miles just to eat here. The only letdown during our visit was the lack of air conditioning. I noticed it was quite warm inside and asked our server if the AC was broken. He claimed it was just too hot outside, but I quickly figured out he wasn't being truthful! They had the front door open, which shouldn't be the case if their AC was running. They really need to fix their air conditioning and be honest with their customers!

Recently came for some Thai food. we ordered the pad thai, red curry, crab angel’s and garnel reels. the food was delicious, favorite item was the pad thai, that was full of taste with a kick to him. the place is beautiful and clean and the staff is friendly

We were not super impressed. The waitress did not write our order down, and couldn't get it right just repeating it back to us. Of course our food was messed up. Sides wrong/spice level wrong) We typically order our food very spicy and she didn't put that in, so it was not spicy at all. : the food was alright. It was much more bland than we are used to. Thai food is known for being extremely flavorful. I don't see us returning anytime soon.
