Sunday buffet in a 4-star superior hotel.This sounds tempting and awakes high quality expectations. Unfortunately, these could only be maintained by a moderate quality. the hotel lives from the location, the rest does not fit to the targeted high level. this may be dazzled by foreign tourist who likes the new Schwansteinidyll, but internationally this can be compared in no way with a 4-star level. Conclusion:- beautiful location with mountaineering- eating quality very mediocre (single definition w. 10 pers 3-75)- restaurant is not in any case just the 4-star superior claim (max 3 stars quality "good bourgeois" repetition longer time excluded:BESTELLUNG as start we wanted an aperitif recommendation. the service had to ask. then the chef and made a few suggestions. - aperitif was already on the menuekarte u. was (dry chef recommendation) no longer available at 12:30h. answer the chief to demand: that could happen. my comment: yes, not but if recommended on the map among others not in a 4 star superior hotel.SPEISEN:Select: moderately and without a peach soup: mushroom cream soup tasty, but could be some too spicy. Appetizer buffet: Italian. it was usually necessary but you must like meat.Fleischbuffet:tastefully it is much better!Crow: tastelessly watery and tasty burned. (also with the 2nd test 1/2h later)Pig: chipped carving - only greasy wing: dry supplements:standard. late zle, croquettes, mixed market vegetables, blue herb salad: normal, nothing special desserts: choice of cream’s diverse. very different tastes. celberry cream fad, cream tasty. Unfortunately, these were not labeledso the "try and error" - principle was applied. Ice selection:choco, strawberry, straciatellanots especially. SERVICE:5 different service forces. you never really knew who was in charge. chef - tries to overplay the critiken with loose sprinkling. auzubi - still unskilled, spilled sekt on tablet & clothing is splashed (Ober) waiter (south) - professional, courteous service (male/white) - normal service.but badly informed about the food & beverages. (aperitiw and tagessuppet only on request, weincommand is limited only to sorting :-(
We were at the family buffet today. the quality was well received at the price.€ 27.- drinks is appropriate. some appetizers were tasteless, i.e. without spice. especially the crab salads have tasted after nothing. the kitchen should taste better. However, everything was very fresh and tasteful for the eye.The pepperdews were delicious. the lachs ok. the salate too. in the main dish, partly too dry meat is to be moaned. in general but beautiful local, wonderful intentionally friendly service, altogether worth a visit.
Excellent restaurant with excellent service. during the day, the landscape is breathtaking. the service is quite good and eating is excellent. last night we enjoyed a truthahnessen with gay noodles and sweets. a nice change after days with rather heavy German food. but we made our virtuous eating with desserts to destroy for which you could die! the restaurant is airy and bright.
We were to a motherday buffet in the jägerhof. price per person 38Euro drinks. the intention is of course very beautiful, set the case you have the right table. the service is okay. the foods are ok, but I expect a good to very good quality at the specified price. we have reserved for 13 o'clock, from 14.30 there were several desserts that were on the map no longer. overall very disappointing.
