Closed the door on several customers face with no words spoken. Everyone can get a coffee anywhere it’s not a big deal but the disrespect this staff shows customers is

Slowest service in town. Don’t bother mobile ordering it will still take them 30 minutes…

Unreal service. Ordered a drink. 3 other customers came in and ordered and got their drinks before me. I had to remind them about my order. 20 min latet, quite a long wait time to be honest. Avoid this

Don’t go. It probably won’t be open, or have a drive thru. Just go to the one at Tanger.

This particular Starbucks has not gotten my order right yet. Today, the drip coffee was bitter. Previous iced cold brew pumpkin cream was not right, no pumpkin flavor. An americano was bitter and tested old. My expectations of regular Starbucks drinks are not offered here. I am going to have to drive further to a different location. All 3 occasions I have been to the drive thru, and I have not returned my drink. I have driven away before taking a sip, which is my fault. The staff have been friendly.
