I did online order, this was the email I received: Unfortunately we were unable to place your order at the Kapuskasing 2 Brunelle Road N hut, but don’t worry we haven’t taken any payment. You can still place your order with the hut by giving them a call on (705) 319 0099 i Have I been charged? No, we have not taken payment for your order. however, your card provider may have reserved the funds for us to do so. We have requested for this to be removed which they should process in the next 3 working days. I DID CALL THE SAME NIGHT AND GOT MESSAGE THAT LOCATION IN KAPUSKASING WAS CLOSED PLUS I WAS NOT REFUNDED AS PER EMAIL. THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY

Ordered here 3 times. Got a pizza with extra pepperoni (had to pay 3.25 PER TOPPING) i got like 10 pepperonis on the whole pizza. I’m not the one to complain so i just ordered another pizza cause it was a promo. I got the same thing about 10 pepperonis so i asked if there’s extra the lady told me they were under the cheese (which is disgusting as they were raw there was only about 16 pepperonis total that i counted) this was a large pizza. I was very disappointed didn’t eat the pizza. I would like a refund but nobody is anwsering the phone.
