Ekolu Kitchen1279 - Kīhei

Food and service was excellent. Our server Laura, went out of her way for us. Shrimp Scampi was delicious and full of flavor. Hunters stew was a interesting mix that all works together well. Apple cobbler for dessert was wonderful. Just give it a few minutes to cool off.

What a great place seven of us went there the other night all of us eating different meals every meal was absolutely delicious. The staff Were exceptional buzzing around attending to all our needs. Well done will be back.

One of, if not THE BEST, meal my family had on Maui during our stay. We ordered a mix of apps and entrees to share which may have been unorthodox but was honestly the best because we got to try so much. Highlights included the Raging Pig ribs (so flavorful and tender! , the Brussels sprouts, ravioli and pork chop. Also, the chocolate and Uber mousse was incredible. Even two 11 year olds tasted and loved everything we got. It was quiet for a Tuesday night but we told everyone at our resort that it was the place to go! If you’re in Kihei definitely add it to your list.

We really enjoyed visiting Ekolu Kitchen 1279 for the first time. Food was very nice. I'd skip the Cesar salad I got no anchovy flavor in the dressing. Lamb appetizer was very good and we enjoyed a flatbread, though really just a small pizza. Service was very good.

5/5 stars. would recommend folks should go, it'd one of my favorite places and plan to come soon again. service was excellent and always checked on us when needed. food was always outstanding !!!
