Contribuer aux commentairesAs a full paying customer I was made to wait whilst kitchen staff sorted colleague drinks out, even tho the que was getting longer. Once the server could be bothered to take my order she was ignorant and rude. I will never set foot in this place again. Shame on you
Have to contradict other reviewers’ criticisms of the staff those working today have been extremely pleasant, hardworking and helpful not something I see often so worthy of comment. Panini was very good too, as was the coffee. Overall a very pleasant experience
The food quality is fine for what you'd expect for an instore cafe however, on more than one occasion we have visited around 12.15 12.30 to be told that certain basic menu items have run out. Poor planning really.
Called in for lunch after hearing on the tanoy about a delicious cheese and tomato toastie, only to be told no food at all was being served, it was 12. Midday. I asked for a cold sandwich but was told all we could have was toasted current bread, then I saw a blackboard advertising soup of the day so I said we'd have 2. The young boy removed the blackboard and said no soup either. While waiting for our order the young male and female behind the counter were too engrossed in kissing and cuddling to even clean the tables, we had to ask for ours to be cleared so we could sit down. We won't be going back.
Hospitality should never be negative. This place is not. Heap for a caf.great food when the staff can be ‘bothered’
