Contribuer aux commentairesI recently popped in for a beer and to catch the band playing, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, without being too pushy.
options nearby, I was not expecting much from this place. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the friendly atmosphere. The pub has a cozy feel and the staff are welcoming and attentive. The menu offers a variety of classic pub fare, all of which was delicious. Overall, I was very impressed with this hidden gem and I will definitely be returning.
This is one of the top spots for enjoying bar food. The French onion soup here is especially delicious.
We had visitors in town for the Thanksgiving weekend and decided to go out at the last minute. The Rabbid Fox was a convenient choice and, fortunately, not too crowded on the Saturday evening. This location has seen a number of different restaurants move in and out over the years. We hadn`t dined here since it opened several years ago so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant itself felt a little dated... we remembered sitting in the same booth over 10 years ago when we first moved to the area. There is a sports bar area which is newer and seemed to be the hub of activity on that night. There were six of us dining out and our meals consisted of fish and chips (2), 1 plate of nachos, and quesadillas (2). Everyone enjoyed their meals and the service was good. The food is typical pub-style food so you`re likely to find something that`s appealing.I wouldn`t be in a rush to go back, but it was a decent place and the food was good.
Having recently eaten, reviewed and rated a local specialized fish and chip location, I decided to try our local pub to see how it's fish and chip offering compared. Fridays is a two for one special offering before 5pm and my wife and we took advantage of that special. The fish was white, flaky and well battered. The fries were fresh cut and served with coleslaw and tarter sauce.Overall it was a good lunchtime experience.
