Zero service. I was in line at the front counter with about 10 others waiting to order. The whole crew worked drive thru non-stop while only taking and then preparing one lobby order at a time. Once the order they took was prepared, they would then take one more lobby order while still working drive thru non stop. I and several others walked out, didn't even get to eat. Yet another LaFollette restaurant with rude employees, who will neither take part in any national offers (coupons and commercials won't get you any discount) and won't give the company-wide discount to Military Veterans.
