Vi... Voir tous les avis.
The restaurant offers good food and presentation. The service is attentive and warm take their time to explain about the specialties. It was a pleasure to eat in this place.
I went to Shibata for the first time with my mother today. We were absolutely enthusiastic about their warm welcome and delicious menu. It was such a pleasure to be there. I look forward to introducing my friends to this beautiful restaurant.
Almost 100 chf pp with a home made tea that tasted cheap. atmosphere and location reminds you of a pub not an expensive Japanese restaurant. Entrée was worth his money but not the rest. It is though a modern cuisine with Japanese influence and European...influence, not a good mixture in the Japanese kitchen.
Amazing food and excellent service, this is quite possibly one of the best restaurants in Geneva. While you won't find sushi on the menu everything that you will find is delicious, fresh, and high quality. The black cod marinated in saké is pure perfection as...is their cheesecake. Though a little out of the way and sadly not open on weekends Shibata is guaranteed to deliver five star food and service in a cozy atmosphere. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
Fantastic, small restaurant near the UN organization, quite quiet terrace. The menu often changes in the course of the year. Service is efficient, pleasant, guided by the owner, the other owner is her husband, a Japanese cook from Hokkaido. That's why, North Japanese cuisine. With some French techniques that makes for a magical combo. Other comments mention the upper end prices; if you go for lunch, you have a great sample of what is done in the evening and for the menus. At a reasonable price. Wide range of sachets and whiskys. Go, taste, enjoy, you won't regret it. They are closed on weekends (because they are so successful in the week).
