Nice place , good service. It happened that my dish was not perfectly done, the server didn't hesitate to take it back and fix it with a smile on her face ... That's an A+... Recommended ?

Disrespect, the waitresses sitting down to laugh with the customers ???

YIKES! we used to love this place but today we just had an absolutely horrid experience.Waiter didn’t come see us once to see if we needed anything. Well, I had a hair in my food that wasn’t my own because it was dark and curly and I have blonde hair. Our waiter was talking to the other waitresses at the register laughing away while we aired for him to simply turn to us so e could wave him over. At one point we just gave up. We won’t be going back.

Pros: varied menu, lots of seatingCons: dirty cutlery on tables, food on bottom of plate so when i touched it my hands got sauce on them, sometimes service was really slow and not super friendly.Would I come back?No.There are other options in Laval that do a better job overall.

We always come to this place but this time they changed the menu and i will put this picture here for all the cream cheese bagel lovers. If you want to have both side of your bagel with cream cheese, you have to pay extra, the dish is 19.75$ 1$ extra for coffee. I talked with the assistant-manager and it is what it is .
