Très déçue 14h30 on demande une carre de dessert. Non madame la cuisine est fermée à cette heure ci!!! Par contre la table de 8 personnes à coté on droit de commander un dessert après leurs dîner à 15h!!!! Voir tous les avis.
Elegant dining room, fine dining room atmosphere. Impressive menu (large choice), use of local products in a sophisticated way (mushrooms, wilderness meat, season vegetables). Very nicely dressed dishes, elegant and colorful sauces, tasty. Perfect service, homemade atmosphere of a place run dynamically by an entrepreneur family. Absolutely recommended.

Nice rooms and a good location in Le Chables. It is an traditional Swiss village. It makes a nice contrast to modern Verbier.
Conveniently located close to the train station and cable car, rooms are comfortable and clean. Food was the highlight though. Make sure you take the free cable car pass :
2 or 3 flight's of stairs no concession for being old. Once in your room it's comfortable clean and roomy. They prefer cash saying their card readers not working.
