Haberbüni AG - Liebefeld

I have been a patron of the Haberbühe for a few years, we celebrated our wedding here, and I have always been constantly blown away. So, we invited some special friends to share our experiences with this normally stunning restaurant. Perhaps being the height of summer, they were over booked and understaffed. The evening was a comedy of errors, from corked wine, and having a 10-min. conversation with the Sommelier about the fact, to the Airline food presentation. standard. Not what is expected from Haberbühe.THe staff were curt, uninformed and really could have done better. The major let-down was the quality of the food and the presentation. Several of the dishes missed out on a few of the ingredients. the Dessert was terrible. Coffee Orders missed. A college ordered a rare whisky (1981) but as the bottle was nearly empty, and the bottle clearly been opened over maybe years, there was not alcohol left. mostly water. All well and good but for 450 Franks for a dinner for 4 people we have had, and expected better. We had to go a get a mc Donald’s dessert after the fact as the food quality in the restaurant was on this evening just not up to par. Disappointing. And i feel that our run with the Haberbühe is at an end. Protip - Go in Winter when they are not busy, and ask for a seat inside and upstairs.

Nice service, very good food, rich wine and whisky card. In summer it is very pleasant in the garden with the small pond. also inside the house is very interesting in the style of the farm.Not quite cheap - but also very good.

Beautiful restaurant with a lot of charm. the menus are very exclusive and together with the wines matched to the eating simply a dream. highly recommended.

The habrbüni is and remains a top address when it comes to eating and drinking. the young waiter blossomed me with his great wein knowledge! highly recommended. will be back! thank you

We were eating in the garden area in the evening and were pampered by the dash and the thread! wonderful ambiente and a creative menu, along with very attentive service made this evening close to perfect. very suitable for gourmets that despice the 'qual of choice' and only choose between a 4- or 6- gourmet and leave the rest of the kitchen. was not the last time!
