Pizza Shack - Madison

Use to love this place years ago but after the upgrade with locations the product has been a complete let down. Cheese isn?t appealing, sauce looks and taste more like tomato paste and the crust has a microwaveable texture.

I got the Cajun Joe pizza.. so amazing. My husband got the Philly Queso and I took a bite, it was so good too. Fast and friendly service. We got a beer and played fooseball while waited on our food. Best decision for a Sunday evening.

Update: Other reviews mentions to attitudes of staff members. I just wanted to buy a pizza Saturday, your employee should have been respectful and polite when calling me. A customer should never be talked to with an attitude. Austin needs to be respectfulwhen talking with customers. Also felt like he was being rude because I was black, I didn?t want mention it earlier in my firstreview. I stand by my review Pizza Hack. I received a callback on September 17, 2022 from Austin stated they were out of thepeanut oil needed to make the Thai chicken pizza. I asked if I could receive a discount, he stated ?We can?t do that Ma?am ?. Hemisgender me, I?m not a woman. I tipped every single time I went there, I was disrespected and shown my money is not wantedthere. Phone call was extremely rude and I will NEVER buy anything from this location again!!!

The veggie pizza and side salad was so good and the atmosphere was had such great vibes.

I ordered the supreme online. I was outside for curbside pick up at least ten minutes early. I had to heat my pizza up when I got home. I feel like it was not a freshly made pizza. I?ve eaten one from here before so I had an idea of how it should be.Thank you.
