If you decide to order from this restaurant, be prepared for a long wait—almost two hours—for food that doesn’t quite live up to expectations. I want to clarify that my review is based on my experience from November 10, 2021, around noon or 1 PM, and is not a commentary on my own cooking abilities. My sister and I waited over an hour for our shawarma. When we inquired about the delay, we were told they were cooking the chicken first, even though only the beef filling was ready. The staff member suggested that we switch to beef if we couldn’t wait any longer, which we reluctantly did, only to find that it extended our wait even further. When our shawarma finally arrived, it was generously covered in garlic mayo, but contained only a few small pieces of beef. My sister's shawarma, which was supposed to include sausage, had just a single sausage cut in half—something I had never encountered before. Ultimately, how you choose to address a customer's experience is entirely up to you.
