We booked a room for 700 hryvnias per week, made an advance payment of 350 hryvnias on the card, according to the agreement, we pay every 2 days. During check-in, I had to explain for a long time that there was a prepayment and we do not need to pay 1500 UAH (for a room that costs 700). On the 3rd day, they evicted without waiting for payment, were rude, refused to continue the reservation without explaining the reason. Overall service is terrible. The room smells of dampness, there is mold on the shower stalls, the toilet tank is leaking, the door does not close tightly, the sounds from the neighboring rooms are very audible, if you open the window in the bathroom to ventilate the stagnant smell, then all visitors to the hotel can see what is happening in the bathroom. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Good Sauna with pools and great amenities on site including a classy restaurant and a cozy hotel in the same complex.
