Pegasus - Marburg

Actually nice shop, good beer and normally also a super atmosphere, but that one operation with the megaphone (I think you're meant here white) spreads inconceivable bad mood... Unfortunately, she is unfriendly and cries around. I've never seen anything like that before. You ask yourself why you work in a bar when you seem to have a basic problem with people.

Cool pub, nice atmosphere, unfortunately a smoking pub, but if you don't want to go for one, there's a lot more choice in Marburg!

Super shop!!! There is Augustinian beer good music and a super shots game. 100% recommended

First of all, I would like to say that my group of friends and I have learned to love the Pegasus during the pandemic. It is the pub with the best mood in Marburg and therefore we will probably continue to go there. Nevertheless, I have to get rid of my criticism here. For some time, the servants have become more and more unfriendly and I certainly do not mean all of them! And with unfriendly I mean the communication. It is not smiled or even almost unfriendly, then you are asked what you want. That's all I'm talking about. You'll be cashed and you're supposed to have some tips. With a nice service, of course, I do it! In addition, we feel that some of these staff members are much more likely to stay at the bar and talk to their colleagues who seemingly do not work and drink with them instead of taking care of the customers. I would hope that the owner would make a few impressions of what a job setting their employees have and perhaps explain to one or the other how he could better take care of his customers. I would be very pleased if it would be more fun again in Pegasus, as before and that my criticism is constructively accepted. Of course, if the service is nice, I'd be happy to do it! So we feel that some of these staff members clearly prefer to be at the counter/bar, chatting and drinking with their co-workers who do not appear to be working, rather than tending to the customers. I wish the owner would take a look at the work ethic of her employees maybe explain to one or the other how they could take better care of their customers. I would be very happy if the Pegasus would be more fun again than it used to be and that my criticism would be taken up constructively.
