Captain D's - Mayfield

Overall have been good service and friendly staff. However please have anyone that is handling food wear a hair net! Today's lunch from the drive thru had several long knotted strands of hair in my shrimp. To the garbage the dish went. And for the record it's not my hair as I am bald. So please have your staff wear proper gear when handling food as it is disgusting to find hair in your food. Thanks.

Great service, great food, awesome sweet tea, friendly staff! They brought our food to our table and checked on us mid meal. The cook came out asked how our meal was, took our dirty plates and even came outside and said hi to our pups ? in the Jeep and told us thank you for coming in! Was the best fast food experience I have ever had! Thanks Captain D?s of Mayfield y?all deserve more than 5 stars!

Guys, this is a wonderful place to eat if you are fish hungry. It was crisp, delicious. Sides were fresh and delicious also. Staff smiling and friendly. Can't go wrong eating here.

We have been disappointed in them for discontinuing their kids meal fish tenders because we can't eat that big piece of fish so we always chose it instead. They were favorite place to eat in Mayfield

Wow! I always order the #5 at Wels Festival whenever I visit Captain D's, and I always get the double okra cooked to perfection!
