Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mentor

The burrito was absolutely delicious and comes highly recommended. I had a double wrap burrito filled with carne asada steak and chicken, topped with queso, vegetables, corn, diced tomatoes, and cheese—let's not forget the chipotle hot sauce! The meats were fresh, and the staff was really friendly. The restaurant was very clean and well-organized, and there was no line at all. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in Mentor.

Once again, they were out of fajitas and vinaigrette dressing. Shouldn't there be a discount on your burrito if they can't be bothered to prepare the toppings?

THIS LOCATION NEVER EVER HAS FAJITA..... Worst managed Chipotle I have ever been to, needs new management and friendlier employees!!!!!

It is always something with this location. Out of ingredients, online order only, system is down and can't take orders, service is slow or just flat out stinks. And when I do actually get food, it's usually sub par. I always have a backup option when I go to this Chipotle, and most times I end up needing to use it.

I visited another Chipotle around 6 PM and was informed at the door that they had to close for an hour without any explanation, and I was asked to come back later. So, we headed to a different Chipotle location, only to find out they were only accepting online orders. I think I've had enough of Chipotle. It seems like every time I go to one, they are either severely short-staffed or out of major ingredients, or sometimes both.
