River Side Cafe - Merton

I recently bought a salad for £7.50 that was very underwhelming and nothing special. To make matters worse, the server took my order with a dirty pen and then went on to touch my chicken.

This cafe is fantastic. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend trying the ham and cheese omelette - it was fantastic.

Desperate for a loo I spied this gem sharing a building with the Mitcham Medical Centre. Building, cafe and looks accessible to all but largest mobility aids. My lasagne with salad and the latte came to just over £6. Food nicely served.

I frequently dine out, and this restaurant was one of the best I've visited recently. The crab spaghetti was superb, and the veal was excellent. The staff offered great recommendations for both food and wine. The only downside was that it can get a bit noisy. I plan to try their lunch menu on a nice day next time!

I have been going to this cafe to well over a year maybe two years I meet up with friends every Saturday for a long time Today I sever and hard-boiled Fried Egg, a piece of unfried crust side of bread not even fried properly with oil and was burnt, to which I complained about I was told they didn't have any other bread, which turns out to be a lie as there was bread on their table The only other time's I have had a moan about before was about receiving unbrewed milky cups of tea. which I have put up with in the past, I did get an unbrewed cup today but I didn't ask for it to be taken back. Today I was asked not to come back again as I'm not welcome, to which I said if I wanted a hard boil egg I would have asked for one, and the fried bread was not even fried. and she said that I always moaning about the tea. well, they need to learn how to make tea in the first place, you don't put milk in the cup straight after pouring hot water on it without even stirring. note: a proper cup of tea needs two minutes to brew I am not happy with the way iv been treated after all the time I have been coming to this place, customer rights have been thrown away and friendships broken
