Lire plus We have been going to Phil's at least once a month, as a payday treat. i call ahead of the lunchtime rush to book our order in, and then when we pick up there maybe be a little bit of a wait, but as the food is amazing you can understand them being super busy at lunch time and even more so during the summer months. I have recommended Phil's to most of the people i work with, it's a good payday treat that we all look forward to. We have never had any problems with the staff, i have found them to be very friendly, even when busy.
