Contribuer aux commentairesThe girl falsely told me that they stopped serving the passion fruit refresher, when I work at Dunkin's and know that it hasn't been discontinued. Also, I'm always disappointed that they never have croissants available.
We had a negative experience with the staff who were very rude and seemed unwelcoming towards people of color. I would not recommend this place to individuals of brown or black descent, as you can feel the negative energy.
Drive thru partial of food was warm rest still felt like fridge cold very disappointing I couldn?t go back because I was on the go but I called and complain talk to the shift leader wish he reassured that he checks the food making sure is hot I don?t thinkso buddy you need to do a better job if I was not in a rush would of return for sure. I?m giving a star because it wouldn?t letme post my review but personally 0 star I would have given
They have zero sense of urgency, I blame management. And then when I asked for my receipt they wouldn?t give it to me because they know they give terrible service and 20 minute coffees. It?s almost as if they enjoy sucking
The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! I waited in line for 22 minutes just to get a coffee. They really need to improve their drive-thru system. It's unacceptable. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else! Ugh!
