Dunkin' - New Castle

Customer service has been bad last 6-7 months so it's food. Burnt or cold food most of the time coffee just had cream so I ask for everything in the side when I do go. Came again because pumpkin spice was back was still bad. So glad it's finally back atMcDonald's now. The dunking down town not much better. The one in the North Hill definitely better.

The store was closed and they were supposed to be open. I had placed a mobile order and I got charged for it but the employees at the store wouldn 't serve me the order I had already paid for. They just said sorry we had to close early today, I don 't knowwhat to tell you about your mobile order. Maybe check and see if you can get a refund through the app

Employees were smiling happy and very polite on top of there job when making coffee for a customer it's nice ti have a Employees making your coffee with a smile showing they live there job and it's not just another paycheck coffee to me if madewrong is like getting a bad haircut or hairstyle ????

Not every Dunkin knows how to make a perfect iced caramel latte but this one does! Quick and pleasant service is a big plus.

It?s funny how people think they can come in through the exit to bypass the line. Not today! You?re gunna learn today! You can park right next door and walk in if you want to. Just don?t try that driving in the exit when I?m leaving!
