Contribuer aux commentairesI placed a mobile order at 9:30 AM for a pickup at 12:00 PM, factoring in extra time since it was a larger order. However, when I arrived at 12:20 PM, they told me they had just started preparing it due to a surge of mobile orders. Having worked in restaurants myself, I understand that kitchens can get overwhelmed, but I expected them to prioritize the earliest orders. Unfortunately, we didn't have the time to wait, which is why I ordered in advance, so I had to leave without my food. I'm quite frustrated, as this isn't the first issue I've encountered at this Taco Bell, and I'm afraid it won't be the last.
The current staff has been very friendly and helpful. The food quality has improved as well; however, tonight while enjoying my burrito, I unfortunately encountered a piece of plastic. Not a great experience, Taco Bell...
We waited 20 minutes before we could place our order. We were then told it would take another 20 to 30 minutes for our food to arrive, so we decided to leave. The sign says "Dine in, come on in!" but dine-in service wasn't available. This isn't an issue with the staff; it's a management problem. They really need to give their staff more support.
I love Taco Bell but the one in newberry is not one I would recommend visiting, I have been multiple times and almost every time I'm here I wait for 20 minutes in their line and get my food and it's cold, also I have asked for lots of sauce with a fairly big order and receive only 3-5 sauce packets
We went to get the make your own cravings box witch was an ad on tv we go thru drive thru to order and they said its only available thru mobile app so we told them then we will go somewhere else we ended going to mcdonald and spent more money well i guess they at taco bell dont want to work or get paid
