Cirque Cafe & Restaurant - Newcastle

One of the best breakfasts ever! Alaskan king crab omelette with corn and basil, tasted every bit as good as it sounds. And so many other mouth watering options too. Along with perfect bluesy music and decor, 5 star.

We stopped in on a Sunday morning and were immediately comforted by the music playing in this cafe as well as the cozy atmosphere. I ordered a green juice and my husband had a lovely coffee. I had a fantastically fresh eggs Benedict and he had avocado toast. Both dishes you can get anywhere around, but this place added little touches that give it that something extra. For example, my dish was sprinkled with chives, the bread tasted homemade, and the hollandaise sauce on top had the faintest flavor of lemon. So delectable. We would be regulars if we lived in Newcastle! The staff were also really kind. We enjoyed it so much that we got coffee and banana bread to go as well.

We went here for lunch, because I had been for breakfast a few times and wanted to see if it was as good at other times. It was! The staff are very friendly, the table service was quick and the food delicious and well presented. The meals were large and the coffee excellent. The guy who took payment was chatty and happy,which is always an added bonus.

What a great impromptu lunch we had today .. nothing was a problem to wait staff Nick & Liz with exceptional inventive ideas from Keith & guys in kitchen .. we felt like a snack to share with a bottle of Pepper Tree . A plate of assorted antipasto arrived within a blink of an eye in an amazing presentation.. totally enjoyed rest of meal

Always a memorable visit... great food with Keith and the guys in the kitchen . Great daily specials to choose from and always interesting . Fabulous personal service from Nick on all visits . Such a delight ... Today we had Barramundi ( grilled ) with a great salad so tasty ...... And King prawn linguine, basil , parsley, chilli , garlic , tomato, Parmesan . Just so flavoursome So if you want great food good service in a pleasant space try it u won't be disappointed
