Shining Light Cafe - Northome

This was the best pancake breakfast I've ever had! I was traveling from Michigan to Grand Forks and ended up in the small town of Northome. What a delightful surprise!

Wonderful local restaurant. breakfast is served at any time. the locals take the coffee pot and fill the cup. people play games while they wait for eating.

We had a large group, staff worked hard to keep up with requests, food was great, homemade! Atmosphere was nice, a corner was setup with a piano, children's books and toys. Great entertainment for kids.Thank you!

Very friendly staff and good home cooked food. I've stopped here a few times when passing through town and I will continue to do so.

This is a lovely restaurant featuring a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The portion sizes are generous as well.
