Mcdonald's - Omak

DoorDash Morgan was great. McDonalds night manger Jessica on the other hand was very unprofessional and needs to me trained on customer service. Would not give door dash Morgan our order. I drove to McDonalds and showed her my receipt. She then would not give up our food or money. She dismissed us and would not help us just walked away. Asia another McDonalds worked helped and de escalated the situation. She was professional and better qualified to be manager. Thank you Asia you are the real mvp.

They always seem to forget something but it was faster than usual so I do have to give them credit this time

Unfortunately, both our fries and our nuggets tasted old and lukewarm.

Love this place and people there! Hospitality is Top Notch.
