I never go out to eat, decided to try this place because I haven’t seen much asian cuisine in Payson. Waste of time and money. Food was incredibly bland. Appetizer tasted straight out of a box in the freezer. Service: Dine in Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
