Having about ten years of experience in the restaurant industry myself, I found his versatility to be truly impressive. Although there was a minor mix-up with our order, he managed it with grace and professionalism, offering to expedite the missing dish or to remove it from the order if we preferred. And let's not forget about the food—it was absolutely fantastic. Paying just $7 for a bowl of Borscht soup in today’s economy feels like a wonderful throwback! In fact, the entire dining experience gives off a sense of nostalgia. While I’m making my own assumptions, I believe Polish Bistro embodies the charm of a traditional family-run establishment, and it’s a pleasure to support hardworking individuals like them. I highly recommend that you visit soon, and don’t forget to order a cabbage roll!
