Dunkin' - Pittsfield

Fantastic! They were wonderful, everything about our order was perfect!!

It's 11:47 AM on October 4th, and I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The young woman taking orders had an incredibly poor attitude. I could hear her while I was at the window talking to other customers, and she treated everyone with the same rude demeanor. I felt rushed and awkward when I asked questions. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she had her hair in a bun with blonde highlights. Her rudeness and negative mood were really off-putting and need to be addressed.

The service was excellent and prompt. There were only a couple of times when my food was served incorrectly, but it was swiftly and courteously remade without any problems.

I had some delicious coffee! I really needed a boost since I hadn't slept in over 25 hours. We opted for a drive-thru at Dunkin Donuts, and it was quick and easy.

If you're using the app to place an order, I highly recommend ordering a day in advance, as it takes them nearly a full day to prepare your meal. And when you arrive...
