Chick-fil-a - Pooler

This location is usually pretty good and on point with quality. But after getting our order recently we pulled out two large half full cold un-salted fries and cold chicken nuggets. I would except something?s like this at Wendy?s, but not here.Unacceptable.

Too bad there?re only 5 stars! What an experience! I?m used to the excellence of Chick-fil-A, but this was truly unique! The double drive-up lanes wrapped around the block, the parking lot had one empty spot, and the inside was packed too! Theremust?ve been 30 employees behind the counter, yet they all took the madness in stride. All had big smiles and full of thesouthern charm and small talk! With all the craziness, you?d think the bathrooms would be trashed, but everything was clean andstocked. Chick-fil-A gets an A+ from me!

My second time here. The people are soo nice. Food was brought to our table instead of waiting for it.

Quick friendly service and my food is always hot and fresh! ...never warmed up.The Pooler parkway location in front of walmart is always busy, but they never disappoint!

Probably the worst chic Fila I have ever been too. Ordered and I get no receipt. Charged me for what something I didn't order and left off what I ordered. Went to the front to tell them and they took the 8 pc nugget and refunded and charged me for a wrap. So I guess if they charge you for a combo that you didn't order you can get a refund for the 8ct.
