This is not the way you make pizza it's too sweet! give time to the dough, it should stay for at least 24h before going to oven. sauce should be just mashed tomatoes with a bit olive oil, yours was sticky like the thai style chilli sauces. and for the love of Italy, never use dried herbs! this was not tasty and very overpriced 220 250 baht for such a disaster. basil in Thailand has lot of citrus and mint aroma it works well with Thai food, but not so good in pizza. dunno if you has some regular basil in Thailand, but I guess you can plant some or just don't add it. from the adventages fresh pineapple, good juices, nice setting, good customer service. maybe other other options in menu are better (probably good Thai food), but you should not sell something you do not know how to make properly. not for this price small pizza for price of two dinners.
