I went to the wash today after a TERRIBLE day and the cutie patootie bartender, Lo, was so sweet. She brought me a FREE DRINK and I started crying because that was the loveliest thing that has ever happened. She is amazing, I love the wash and will definitely be a recurring customer.
Very good stuff, there was a lot of people, we were about lo leave thinking that they'd take a lot of time to gave us our things but we were wrong, they took not even 5 minutes. Wife asked for a Lavender steamer and she liked a lot, I ordered a Mormon Mocha and I enjoyed it too. Prices are very reasonable. I'd recommend it for a casual date night or time to chill with friends.
I really wanted to love this place. They've done such a great job of making it look cute on the outside and the inside. You would never guess this was previously a car wash (in a good way). The menu sounded great. My wife and I showed up thinking this is going to be our new favorite date place. But we were so disappointed by the actual food. The churro sandwich was not good. I'd like to think that they're usually better because one side of ours was a little bit burned but even the non-burned parts were hard to eat.The pizookie was the worst pizookie I've ever had. I had the thought that it was missing salt because it was so flavorless but the texture was also disappointing. So every part of this experience that could be captured online made us excited but the actual food was so bad that we didn't finish it and then went someplace else for dessert.
I was SO excited to try this place...the girl behind the counter was very good about welcoming everyone as they came in, but other than that there is virtually no interaction. Orders are placed on a tablet/kiosk on the front counter. The tablet had pictures of all available items, which is good because there aren't descriptions of anything elsewhere. There were just a couple of people in front of us to order, but the process was quite slow. That would have all been forgivable if the food was good, as many of the menu items did look good and had a lot of potential. We tried the pizookie, churro sandwich, and mozzarella sticks, and none of them were good. The churro seemed slightly burned and honestly just didn't have the right texture for a churro, the pizookie just seemed to have a low quality cookie dough, and wasn't soft and gooey like a pizookie should be. The mozzarella sticks weren't bad, but they were very much like any frozen mozzarella stick you could make at home. It's possible the drinks were good, but we didn't try them.
