Dunkin' - Queens

I had a great day until I got in here. a female worker shouted at me from no obvious reason and began to say what I ordered in a mocking way. perhaps they did not like my vote; yet her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable! this location must learn how to serve customers. She made me feel so terrible all day.

Was served very watery to my favorite espresso, no donuts fan or frozen heated sandwiches.

This is my opinion the best dunkin, and I was at a lot the workers, the coffee, the bagels, always great.

This place often sells old stuff, my bagels constantly are so old that I have to put them in the garbage.

Terrible service by employees working here 6/30 5:24pm. One took 8 minutes to heat up a frozen croissant for 1 minute. One spilled a drink all over the counter. The other is cleaning during a rush. Absolutely terrible employees.
