Wingstop - Queens

Eating is good, but the inner of this place is very dirty. my partner and I ate once and the tables were very sticky. there were also empty wing-tip pockets lying around, where it looked like past people who had eaten there and no one would clean it up

Honestly, I love coming to wing stop but today was probably my last time coming. The cashier was quite rude to me while she was taking my order. But she was also being rude to other customers that were ordering which threw me off. She must be re-trained !!

They truly do have great wings, fries and their corn!! But their service is abysmal. The cashier is kind and this is not his fault but the entire front of the store are people waiting as they take forever to make food. I ordered one regular fry and I waited almost 40 minutes. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes I had to ask where my food was and they said a few more minutes. Many people who came and ordered after me started getting their food and I had to ask again because I was appalled. They asked what I ordered and said few more minutes. I believe they are just disorganized and served what I ordered to another customer by accident. After we asked if we can just get a refund bc we had to leave they served my fries. However they forgot the ranch. The entire kitchen is in view and this store simultaneously seems over staffed and under staffed at the same time. The workers idle around most of the time. If you want to come here I recommend ordering on their mobile app and picking it up. :

I love the wings and the sauce. My favorite is mango habenero. However, there is no paper towel available like before.You will need to ask to get some.
