During a recent visit back, I stopped by Servinnis restaurant in the morning. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the outdated and shabby interior. The walls were covered in prices and the decor felt stuck in the past. It felt like it was time for a refresh to make the restaurant more welcoming and inviting. In contrast, there was a vibrant and modern coffee shop on Commercial Street that stood out. It's time for Servinnis to update and attract more customers.
I am a loyal online customer who orders breakfast every Saturday morning. I wanted to take a moment to say that this is my weekly indulgence and the breakfast here is top-notch. I always get the All Day Breakfast with fried bread, beans, and an extra sausage (my dog also enjoys a treat). It is consistently well-cooked and arrives warm every time. The ingredients are fresh and the quality never disappoints. Thank you for a great experience.
The restaurant served frozen fish and chips, with subpar presentation of the salad. The highlight of the meal was the tartare sauce, but even that was served in a partially used jar. The cutlery was handed over cautiously due to COVID-19 precautions, but was dirty and scratched. The faggots were also disappointing. Despite having a market nearby for fresh produce, the restaurant did not utilize it. The overall experience was disappointing and a waste of £17. I do not plan on returning.
Cannot believe this “salad” comes with a £7.25 price tag. Half a thin extremely dry chicken and a baby portion of salad. Definitely will not be getting a salad here ever again for sure. Informed staff of the scabby portion and they were not at all concerned either.
Very dated decor, the management/ owner is rude. Food is poor quality and poor value for money. Overpriced tasteless food!
