Spade Spatula - Rimforest

I had their vegetarian spicy burger, made vegan by not putting on the aïoli. Grilled chilies and a toasted vegan brioche bun turned this house-made patty into a masterpiece. Like all non-processed patties, it wasn’t quite as dense as I would like, but the flavors and crispness were amazing! The non-vegan entrées enjoyed. The rest of the table looked great as well. We shared some of their fries and vegan beignets and enjoyed! 

Just had a lovely anniversary brunch here! Wife and I got the vegan breakfast sandwich and the vegan breakfast burrito. The potatoes are off the hook and everything was delicious and filling! We were initially taken in by the pride flag and the seed exchange box outside and the service and food proceeded to exceed our expectations. We are already planning our next trip up the mountain so we can try the rest of the vegan options on the menu! Thank you for a great meal and a really wonderful experience.

Alexa took great care of us for our anniversary dinner. They no longer have been on tap but she was able to recommend bottled options to our taste. We shared the Mezza platter and then I had the classic veggie burger and my husband had the Philly cheesesteak sand. All our options were vegan which was easy to do. Overall a very pleasant experience and was very nice to have vegan options in this small mountain town.

The food was fantastic, and our server was the best! You could tell the chef created something special versus just another vegan dish to put on the menu; and our sever obviously enjoyed what he did and a fan of the food. Great experience all around! We had the bbq burger with fries(with vegan ranch dressing for the fries and the avocado tacos. The crispy fried onions on both, yum!!!…and I loved the crispness of the “burger” too!
