McDonald's -  Riverview,

Dirtiest mcdonald’s i was ever in. poor personal, bad food quality and dirty eating. they always say whether a place is dirty before themselves, how dirty it is in the kitchen area. the owner of these mcdonalds should be ashamed. typical. business, although owners never only take the profits, then rent children to run it.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 4 combos and a happy meal. Brought it home and began to eat. My daughter came upstairs to tell us that her 1/4 lb with cheese didn’t have any meat. I called to explain what had happened and...to see if they could delivery a new one to us for the inconvenience. Whoever I spoke with said they do not delivery...so I drove back only to see inside a set up for a delivery app??? But with their mistake they couldn’t deliver to us? There was no apology, and only replaced the meal...nothing to make sure of our return... I guess during these times this location doesn’t need my $50.

I am not a fan of the service at this facility and if you eat in during the morning you are often met with a lot of regular patrons who are very territorial over their seats. The drive through is not convenient as I have...experienced frequent errors in my order and it is a tough spot to get out of and into traffic. My biggest beef is that the restaurant, despite featuring ApplePay and an Amex logo on their door, do NOT accept Amex as a form of payment. When I brought this to the attention of one of the cashiers, they notified the manager, who came out with a sharpie marker and scribbled over the Amex logo. I have stopped going as a result and drive the extra 2 kilometres across the Causeway to the full-sized McDonalds on West Main Street in Moncton.

There staff consistently refuse to take orders when they are getting close to change over time at the 24 hours location, to avoid work.

I had a great experience at McDonald's for breakfast. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. It had been a while since I had last been there for breakfast, but I really enjoyed it. Thank you for the great service and the smiles!
