They forgot one item, but I circled back and got it from them. When I got home, one of the chicken biscuits were actually sausage and cheese, and the Classic sausage egg cheese sandwich used a hamburger bun instead of the properbun/roll. Disappointing.
"Please take note! When I arrived at the drive-thru, the greeting I received made me feel like I was at a nightclub in Atlanta! There was absolutely NO customer service. It's important to leave personal issues at home; customers come for food and service, not attitude. After the rude response over the intercom, I lost my appetite and ended up leaving without placing an order. Thank you, Chick-fil-A!"
This is one of the worst Wendy's locations I’ve visited in a long time. The last one I went to was overrun with roaches and rats, but at least this one doesn't have that problem. However, the customer service here is unfortunately lacking. The staff was quite disrespectful and unhelpful. We waited for 10 minutes at the ordering menu, and when we finally tried to place our order, the employee's attitude was unpleasant. It got so frustrating that we decided to leave, especially since I had my hungry 2-year-old son with me. We ended up driving down the road to find another place to eat. I would not recommend visiting this location; it's just not a good establishment.
I strongly advise you to avoid the Wendy's in Rockmart at all costs. We occasionally stop by this location as a quick stop, but our visit today was deeply disappointing. The woman who took our order was incredibly rude and struggled to understand a simple order for six four-piece nuggets. Her attitude was the worst I've encountered in a while. Given that this location already has a three-star rating, it's clear that their customer service needs significant improvement. Please, for your own sake, steer clear of this Wendy's. It’s one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had—just truly terrible. Please, do not go there.
