Kfc - Rotherham

I ordered food from this restaurant via mobile phone and was very disappointed. The four pieces of chicken I received consisted of two legs and two wings, and the coating was dry and lacking in flavor. It appeared as if the food had been sitting out for hours. My daughter's wrap, which is typically filled with thick, juicy chicken and crunchy slaw, had only two small, flat pieces of chicken and nothing else. This is the second and final time we will be ordering from this establishment, as our previous order was also incorrect and the food did not meet the standards expected from a KFC. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether.

KFC is a restaurant that caters to those looking for convenient and quick meals, but the prices are not worth it. For example, paying £6.99 for 4 boneless fillets may seem like a good deal, but one can easily get 29 fresh fillets weighing 1kg for just £8.46 at a butcher shop. By purchasing a packet of fried chicken mix, dipping the fillets in buttermilk and coating them three times before frying, one can create a delicious homemade alternative to KFC that can feed a whole family or make 58 burgers for a single person. Don't fall for the rip off prices at KFC - save money and treat your taste buds by making your own fried chicken at home.

The food at this restaurant was a disaster. I ordered a trilogy box meal with a tower burger instead of a zinger because I don't like spicy food. I also asked for a side of beans and an orange Tango to drink. However, I received the wrong drink, no beans, and the burger was a zinger with only mayo on it. It was very dry and lacking hashbrown, cheese, and lettuce. The popcorn chicken was cold and I might as well have called it "icecorn chicken" since my hands were warmer than the food. I am very disappointed and either want a full refund or I will not be returning.

Worst service I’ve ever got. Person serving me never apologised instead she asked me to move away and started to serve another customer without any apology. In the end she missed few things out of my order, no apology’s for that too. Never again.

Ordered a app deal 2 for £10 zinger, unfortunately we don't like chicken on the bone, and was very accommodating to this and offered a reasonable replacement. Very happy
