Made my own pizza with red sauce, mozzarella, eggplant, red onion, and spunach; unfortunatelyricotta wasn'tan option). Crust was thin and pretty good, sauce was slightly sweet (good) with a hint of garlic (would have liked more); overall pretty tasty though eggplant could have been cut thinner and roasted a little longer. My wife had fettucine alfredo, which was good too. Was a busy Fri night, was told it'd be 30min wait for our table but as we wandered the streets of Salida, we got a text in 10min that our table was ready.. Kid-friendliness: Many families with satisfied looking children there the night I was.
OH my goodness the gluten-free pizza Was worth the drive from Texas! We loved the art galleries in the quaint historic part of town that are right across the street and next door to Amica's! I am definitely coming back even though I have to drive from Texas to do so!
Incredible food, some of the best pizza I've ever eaten.
I want to support this local business but the quality of the food I just had today was extremely poor. Horrible Cesar salad with old lettuce that should be thrown out and underdone pizza crust that disintegrated in the middle. I know they can do better.
Calzone was cold when it reached our table. Ingredients were not distributed evenly, all the red peppers were on one end, all the ham on the other end. No discernible feta, very little cheese of any kind. Amicas salad was large (small size) but not very tasty. Drenched in dressing, chicken was bland and artichoke hearts were tough and stringy. Very noisy dining area. Service was very good
