The high ceilings and lack of soundproofing make it difficult to have a conversation without being interrupted by noises such as coffee bean grinding or vacuuming. The booths are comfortable but the tables are too low. The drinks are pricey. I only rated it higher because the tea I had was decent, and I imagine sitting outside would be more pleasant. The bathrooms are also very nice.
The location of this restaurant is really nice. The cappuccino is delicious and beautifully made, not overheated. The baristas are friendly and quickly learn your favorite drinks. My guilty pleasure is the cappuccino and chocolate croissant. My only suggestion is to open earlier so I can enjoy it on days when I'm not working from home.
The restaurant is in a great location and offers excellent coffee and pastries, but unfortunately it is not open on weekends. It is disappointing to see others trying to get in on weekends as there is clearly a demand for it. I really hope they consider changing their policy. In the meantime, HOB coffee nearby on Twin Oaks Valley is a good alternative as they are open on weekends.
Great coffee, great food. Can?t wait til they open on weekends.
I really wanted to like this place! Maybe for meeting friends it would be good but it is NOT a good place to work. The internet is unprotected and so spotty. We both have come here multiple times and always have problems. Also they are in a cellular dead zone so there?s often no cell service so we can?t even hook to our hotspot. Outside seating isn?t comfortable but it is out of the sun. Though, the flies outside will attack you constantly. I had like 4 landing on me for 4hours straight. Food is good, portions are small for the high price! Coffee is good! Overall, I mean?. Again, this is not a place to come for reliable internet and comfortable outdoor seating.
