Contribuer aux commentairesMy daughter was refused service. This is how the “manager” handles a situation? I called and asked what happened. It could have been handled then but she was NOT polite. She did NOT ask me any questions. She was “annoyed” that I called to find out what happened while she was trying to close up and go home. The only information this girl knows is from a PUBLIC post I made and what I was able to offer her before she hung up on me when I asked her to check with her employee about the situation, and then would not answer the phone again after that.
My mother in law just bought three pretzels from viewmont mall location and there was a rotten tooth in the pretzel dough, so gross…… I will never go there ever after that
This place is awful. They never have what they advertise. Now with having to social distance you have to wait ten minutes to place your order then have to wait ten minutes for them to make anything other than a plain pretzel.
Always my go to treat when I'm at the mall or even just in the area. Love Auntie Anne's pretzels!
If i could give zero stars i definitely would! I understand we are in a very trying time and everyone is scared, but there is no reason to lack customer service the way Weaver did. Our family visited this location today to be treated horribly by the cashier/manager. She messed up our order not once, but 2 times, slammed my children 's drink on the counter in front of them, we asked where the pretzel was and was yelled at by her. When we asked to speak to the manager her reply was, i am the manager acting like that? I had asked for the number of someone higher and was told i couldn 't be given the number. She stated there was another manager on duty which is the one who gave me the store number and said Jack would be in, in the morning. Worse customer service ever.
