Things were much better than I expected. Driving through Gatlinburg on our way home, every place was packed with a 30 min wait. We kept going, when we saw their sign, and it didnt look too crowded. Ah Ha !! the parking lot in back was full ! Well, ask anyway. We can seat you right now. Our server Megan, got us coffee right away, and did a superb job even though they were quite busy. Our wait was not unreasonable, and our orders were out in under 15 min I would guess. All was cooked as it should have been, and tasted great. We resumed our trip home to Ohio in a sugar coma and a smile. (maybe a burp as well)
Was looking for a good vacation traditional breakfast stop and Flapjacks filled the void! Good food, friendly smiles and good service made this a enjoyable family start of our out of state morning. Flapjacks menu was easy to read with a abundance of choices for specialty pancakes and the regular go to Buttermilk. Prices were what I consider reasonable or mid vacation destination priced. Atmosphere was welcoming as well. So if you're in Sevierville, Flapjacks is a fulfilling family stop.
I cannot say enough thanks to the staff of Flapjack’s Pancake Cabin in Sevierville, TN! We brought in over 80 people for our 5th Grade Field trip prior to going to Dollywood and were served quickly and efficiently with smiles and friendly service! The food was delicious, our drinks were never empty, and our servers Bonnie, Donna, and Rita were fabulous with our kids! I would highly recommend this establishment if traveling with large groups!
We could not say enough about the food it was great. And I was given a recipe card for sticky bun pankcakes. Our waitress Bonnie was great she was super friendly and gave incredible service.
