The restaurant staff is rude and unfriendly. It's best to avoid this place to save yourself some time. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! It was difficult for me to pick just one tasty looking dish because everything looked so delicious. The caramel pecan chocolate chip cookie I ordered was fresh and absolutely amazing! Shelby and the cashier, whose name I didn't catch, were both incredibly friendly. I was also delighted to see that they had an ICEE machine. This was the perfect way to end my Christmas shopping trip at the shopping center.

One positive experience I had at this restaurant was last year when I ordered a birthday cookie cake for my son and paid for it in advance. However, when it came time for the party and I went to pick up the cake at the mall, they refused to give it to me. The manager argued with me and said they had not been paid, even though I had already paid for it.

My best description for their cookies Is the word Gourmet? They are just not at all like your average cookie. They are so rich. The cookie cake weighs 5 lb which is about twice the size of other brands.

I purchased a few cookies for my family, but after tasting one I realized I did not like them. I needed to return the untouched cookies that no one would obviously be eating.. After trying to return them I have to say the ladies working had very bad attitudes towards me.. I believe one of them was even a manager! I do not appreciate being treated like this as a customer. I will NOT be going back. Not to mention the girl who took back my bag off cookies slammed them on the counter behind her.. Disrespectful and immature..
