Jack In The Box - Spartanburg

I had lunch at 3:00pm. My meal was hot, fresh, and boiled perfectly - 5 stars for both the food and the excellent customer service I received! The staff quickly took my order, including fries, prepared my sandwich, and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes. I also ordered a milkshake which was delicious. Overall, great service and it was my first time at this restaurant!

I tried a variety of dishes including burgers and tacos at this restaurant, and they were all delicious!

The type that the drive-thru window works (05/28/22) deserves an increase. he is extremely patient, has checked my order twice and has absolutely ensured that I needed nothing else. it is not often they find someone working in almost food that is as optimistic as he is!

On Monday September 26, an elderly couple have never been to jack in the box. My wife and I decided to take the elderly couples with us. The young man that took our was the every business should and would love to have. He was patience, humble and explained every order. Great job young man. Continue to be the way you are and will go. The staff in this location is so, so kind. I have nothing against them, they’re always doing everything they can do accommodate. The problem with this location is the SEVERE understaffing problem that causes hour long drive-thru wait times. If you can’t find staff, it’s probably because you’re not treating them well enough or paying them well enough. I would suggest figuring out which it is, if not both, implementing some changes.
