The best roasted chicken in Spokane! This restaurant can get crowded, but the service remains excellent.
Took my daughter here, waited a while to be acknowledged, sat ourselves, and in a mild rush watched one waitress and 1 cook go nuts. Watched 2 couples up and leave their tables for whatever their reason was, possibly waiting for food. I got the cheeseburger medium well. Quite some time later received our food. Burger was way past well done, and burnt. My daughters Chicken sandwich was decent. Server never asked us about how our food was, probably a good thing. Overall cute place, but will not be going back or referring anyone there.
EDIT: I want to add more because each time I visit, it just gets better. On my most recent trip, I had the broasted chicken dinner, and it was the best fried chicken I've ever had. They served a wing, thigh, leg, and breast, and every piece was juicy. I was amazed at how moist the breast was—most restaurants tend to dry it out, but not here. I also had my Jojos loaded with bacon and cheese, and they taste even better than plain. On a previous visit, I tried the mozzarella sticks, which were enormous, cheesy, gooey, and fried to perfection. I also had a meat pizza; it was decent, nothing overly special, but one I wouldn't hesitate to share with friends again. And one last thing: those cookies you can grab for 50 cents from the jar are worth it! They're incredibly chewy, chocolaty, and moist. Don't let the location next to the hospital deter you—this is some of the best food I've had. PS: If you have kids, bring some spare quarters for the pinball machines and the arcade shooting game!
The pizza is absolutely amazing and the beer selection is extensive.
