Chatime - Stinkwater

Great place to try something different for tea time. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The amount of drink options they have is very impressive. It might have been a bit intimidating if it wasn't for the fact that the staff was there to help me pick. The place is very stylish, very clean and comfortable. I'm going back there for sure. You should go if you want to try something different.

OMG! My kids and I are so happy to have found Chatime in Moncton!! We have moved from Singapore where you see bubble tea places left and right. Chatime tasted just like the ones we get in Singapore! My son was especially happy they were able to make his favourite Brown Sugar milk tea! Staff were also very friendly! Will definitely come back for more!!

Standout service that was unexpectedly friendly and pleasant! And consistently good bubble tea aligned with what I expect from the chatime brand! I got a roasted grass jelly milk tea (my usual) and it?s the same taste here as the other locations in other provinces. There is also seating for small groups and easy parking available to access this location.

Ordered a Thai milk tea with boba. It was watered down and did not actually resemble the flavour of Thai milk tea. The bubbles were a bit hard. Missing good quality bubble tea east of Ontario.

So... We were tourists in Moncton, wanted a bubble tea and found this Chatime on the web while located in downtime Moncton. 10 minutes walk to get there seemed great. The walk was ok but we ended in a industrial/commercial area. This explains the 4 out of 5 stars... The neighborhood was not ideal to drink a bubble tea as a tourist but I understand it would be for a local while shopping at Staples. This being said, the product itself was good, the staff was efficient and friendly.
