Arby's - Suwanee

The (female) employee working the drive thru this evening was very rude and this is certainly not the first unwarranted/unpleasant encounter I or my husband have had at this Lawrenceville-Suwanee location. Great food but poor customer service which needs to be addressed.

They were working hard in drive through and slow on inside orders.Looked like short of staff.The restaurant was clean and food was good and hot.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces Good for children.Wheelchair accessibility: Available

Always a double beef n cheddar .The ruben's not bad either .

I love big roast beef sandwiches. They are a guilty pleasure of mine. 5his Arby's has always treated me right.

I'm not sure why this place is still opened, it literally needs to be bulldozed!!! The cashier was literally in pajamas!!! Our food was stone cold and there was absolutely nobody in the establishment. For a place that likes to put new menu items on the menu... you need to put new workers in the building. Absolutely disgusting!! I have no idea why this place has three stars, it's just as bad as the Taco Bell next door. This is why I am so against higher wages, the effort is absolutely 0!
