Really lowkey atmosphere and extremely friendly customer service, the cookies and cream frozen coffee drink is a superb item. I’m a Dekalb resident but this place here in Sycamore will always hold a special place in my heart

I had the toasted onion with veggie spread bagel. 5 stars

Great coffee, with many choices. The breakfast sandwiches are good too. There was no waiting when I was there.

Watched one employee wipe the floor with a towel then tossed the towel on the counter for the next employee to wipe the counter several times. Told the employee that the towel she just cleaned the counter with and clean her hands with was just used by the other employee to wipe the floor she then turned around grabbed the towel and wiped her hands again and tossed it back on the counter. How gross! We will not be going back.

Used to get their bagels all the time. Was in town yesterday, so stopped and got one. It was fantastic. My old favorite and it couldn't have been any better. Panera just is not the same.
