Was a fun trip girl in car in front of me got mad because her bags was missing Fry's and she got out of car and threw her food through drive up window at workers and started fight. Then reached through window and took the order that belonged to me and the cars behind me so the staff had to redo all the orders for us three cars in line. But I give them credit they were great food was hot and they were present. Great job and they handled it well. Could of been a worse outcome. Our world is going crazy.
When it comes to fast food. I always prefer Burger King because its burgers taste like real burgers. The down side is the lines, and wait times are always long
Man.... I don 't usually go out of my way to write reviews on fast-food places because, well, it 's fast-food. I should expect too much. However, this HAS to be the worst Burger King ever. I only visit this location once or twice a month on my way to work. Conservatively, I 'd say about 60% if my orders are wrong. I 've written Corporate, no response. I 've tweeted at BK, no response. I 've filled out the surveys and asked to be contacted, no response. Corporate is just as bad as the stores. Today I opened my BK app and had a coupon for $4 2x Bacon Egg Cheese Croissants, small has, small drink. I opened my first sandwich when I got to work and it had no egg on it at all. Reminds me of that old movie waiting.... How hard is your job? How intelligent do you have to be to take a food order? These are the same employees complaining about not making $15 an hour. They can 't even do their jobs at the low wage they make now.
It is 11:36 PM, and it seems the staff here would rather be at home than working. Our order was placed at the drive-thru, primarily through the phone, and we've been waiting a while. While we were waiting for our food, I saw one of the employees on her phone, and a guy came out to help with the food orders. It was so chaotic; she barely put her phone down to assist. This Burger King has a very unprofessional vibe.
